The Vibration Measurement & Analysis System and the Dynamic Balance Measuring Instruments, which were bought by Nanguang Power (Nanjing) in 2006, are effective in helping us solve a variety of Gas Turbine‘s vibration problems arising before or after maintenance for gas turbine power plant and the relevant gas turbine users. We have implemented vibration measurement & analysis, as well as the high-speed balancing on- site using the equipment for # 1-MS6000 gas turbine located in Zhuhai Hongwan Power Plant. After correction by on-site balancing, the gas turbine’s vibration has been improved evidently, the cutoff passing vibration during Acc/Dec process has dropped to near Recently, we have measured and analyzed the front bearing’s heavy vibration for PB9171E # 5 Gas Turbine Generator owned by Shenzhen Baochang Power Plant, excluding a number of suspicious factors that may produce potential vibration. the vibration status of Zhuhai #1 gas turbine before being balanced the balance status for Zhuhai 1# gas turbine after adding
