The three parties, who are , respectively, Shenzhen Fuhuade Power Co., Ltd (referred to as "Fuhuade”) , General Electric (referred to as "GE") and Shenzhen Nanguang Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Nanguang"), signed the “Shenzhen Fuhuade Co., Ltd long-term spare parts supply agreement” on June 28, The contract mainly covers that Fuhuade shall purchase the capital parts from GE through Nanguang (the capital parts including rotor, nozzles, shrouds, and other hot gas path components, etc.), whose total amount shall not be less than USD 8,230,000. While for Nanguang and GE, they shall offer, to some extent, preference to Fuhuade based on the current price level. Representatives from each party participated in the signing ceremony including Mr. Xiang, the Chairman of Board of Directors, Mr. Xu Xinghai, The General Manager and Mr. Xiao Bing, Deputy General Manager from Fuhuade, Mr. John Chang, General Manager of Asia Pacific Sales, Mr. Xu Xin, China Sales Supervisor , and Mr. Larry Liu, Manager of Asia Pacific Sales from General Electric as well as Mr. Chen Shenghong, Managing Director from Nanguang. This contract is the first time for Huhuade to sign a long term spare parts supply agreement with GE & Nanguang, which not only means that GE & Nanguang have a new growth point in GE’s GT spare parts sales, but also indicates that the implementation of GE’s long-term supply agreement is being widely recognized in China, which has a great strategic significance on GE to provide customers with their stable and high-quality service, as well as to keep a long-term leading position in the market. After the signing, representatives of three parties had dinner together in a friendly and harmonious atmosphere, moreover, they showed their full confidence in any future business cooperation.
